Currently, unified e-visas are not issued.
Citizens of countries listed below may be eligible for electronic visas to enter the Russian Federation in the Far East and Kaliningrad regions. I. An electronic visa to enter the Far Eastern Federal District can only be obtained by nationals of the following states:
- Algeria
- Bahrain
- Brunei
- China (including Taiwan)
- India
- Iran
- Japan
- Kuwait
- Mexico
- Morocco
- Oman
- Qatar
- Saudi Arabia
- Singapore
- The Democratic People's Republic of Korea
- The United Arab Emirates
- Tunisia
- Turkey
II. An e-Visa to enter Kaliningrad Oblast can only be obtained by nationals of the countries listed by the Government of the Russian Federation.
