Information for cruise ship passengers
Passengers of cruise ships visiting Russian ports are not required to obtain a visa to enter the Russian Federation if ALL of the following conditions are met:
You have a valid passport;
You travel as a group;
You stay in Russia for no longer than 72 hours;
You live on board during your stay.
If any of these conditions is not satisfied, you are required to apply for a tourist visa.
